With chaos and strife rage in the world, one would wonder what is going on if you are a non-Christian. But I am a Christian, and it is mind-blogging for me.
I search the Scriptures daily to get understanding to keep me focused on the mission Jesus has given me to do before He calls me to my home. Everyone has a purpose in our lives, and those who accept the calling achieve the highest reward from Almighty God. People who miss the goal still have a chance once they repent.
One verse that stuck with me this week is Ecclesiastes 12:13. It sums up our life on earth in one short sentence.
“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this the duty of all mankind.”
Another translation; “When all has been heard, the end of the matter is: fear God worship Him with awe-filled reverence, knowing that He is Almighty God and keep His commandments, for this applies to every person.”
What more can I say? Seek Jesus today while we can find him.
