Aliens. I harbored a deep dislike for them. The relentless images of Nephilim hybrids crashing to the ground, their blood and gore splattering everywhere, etched into my mind. Zerus’s menacing threat to conquer the earth had haunted me nonstop since I woke up from snoozing. Why did unspecified golden Nephilim appear human, and others were scalier and more reptilian, akin to Zerus? His claim that I could repair his broken hologram bracelet left me baffled and panicky.
What if I can’t fix the bracelet? My mind is buzzing with betrayal. Once I had glimpsed into another realm of the Nephilim and comprehended their sinister intention, my innate ethereal abilities tormented me with a deep-seated fear.
The fleeting glimpse of extraterrestrials in the spiral wasn’t just a figment of my imagination. It was a dire warning, filled with a sense of impending danger. Oh, my goodness! What if my dream came true? The imminent return of their presence cast a dark shadow over my existence.
In “Perfidy,” Carmen, the main character, realizes that she must confront the formidable challenges in her life once more. This time, these colossal beings, known as the Nephilim, have devised a sinister plot to threaten humanity and impose their will on her and the rest of the world. Each of us encounters our giants daily, whether they take the form of career pressures, family dynamics, health issues, environmental concerns, self-preservation struggles, or navigating a world that seems increasingly dark and evil. However, one source of support during these times of distress and uncertainty is Jesus, or Yeshua, as my Messianic brothers and sisters refer to Him. It’s essential to remember that Jesus/Yeshua sacrificed Himself for us and harbors a love that surpasses our understanding. He bore our sins, endured an unimaginable death, and died in our stead. He is not only a close companion but also our Lord and Savior. After His resurrection, He triumphed over death and now reigns with His Father in Heaven, patiently awaiting the return of His faithful followers. Have faith and prepare yourselves, for the return of Jesus is imminent!
