Psalm 2:5-6, AMP, “He speaks to them in His deep anger and troubles (terrifies and confounds) them in His displeasure and fury, saying, yet have I anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion.”
I studied the verses of this Psalm this week and discovered that the word “installed” is Hebrew (nasakhti, which means poured out, a synonym of “anointed”) with special Levitical meaning to Exodus 30:9 and Hebrew 9:4 leading to the way of the Messiah as the King. Father God is getting ready to set up HIS kingdom on earth, but HE has to rid the world of the wicked, and He is roaring today to get prepared for HIS arrival. The plague we have gone through is no mistake, and it will continue until Father God has cleansed the individuals that HE will take as HIS anointed people. Almighty God is in control of the universe despite the rebellions going on throughout the planet. If you are not a Christian, it is time to seek out Father God and know HIS Son, Jesus Christ. Time is brief, and we know not when HE will return. Read this week, Just the Edge of God.
