Lk 21;24 Romans 11;25
It is a fact that no one knows when Jesus Christ will return. The Scriptures have been straightforward to be ready every day and live a righteous life. But what does that mean to live a moral life?
Webster’s Dictionary states, “acting according to divine or moral law: free from guilt or sin.”
The Bible’s point of view: In a deeper spiritual meaning, righteousness is being right in the eyes of our Holy God, which includes our character (nature), conscience (attitude), conduct (action), and command (words).
But man sins every second of the day, so how do we get freedom from sin?
We must walk in the truth, for our salvation does not mean we will never sin again. We have the choice not to sin, and we have the grace of God empowering us not to sin, but we are still human and imperfect.
The apostle John states, “If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar, and his word is not in us” (1 John 1:10). Grace covers us, but we must ask forgiveness when we sin. Jesus’s blood and grace constantly surround us.
If we live by Father God’s laws, then when He comes, we’ll be ready to enter the heavenly kingdom and live with Jesus Christ. To find out more. Read: Looking Through the Sea of Glass @ardithaprice #bookstagrammer #bookblogger #inspiration
