What a year it has been. We have had: Hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, meteorites, Covid variants, Mpox, measles, smallpox, RSV, strep throat variant, global warming, blizzard, etc. The calamities call for believers in El Shaddai to wake up because he is yelling. He is trying to get our attention to listen to Him and repent. Yet no one is listening—silence from the population.
“Though they cry to me, I will not listen to them” Jeremiah 11:11
So what is sin?
It is an immoral act, a transgression against Almighty God’s divine law.
“For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears, they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions.” 2 Timothy 4:3
We are living in a time of itching ears. So we do what we want and go wherever we want and don’t give Almighty God a second thought, and of course, the world is in chaos.
During the few days left to 2022, we must take an inventory of our lives, change for the better, and listen to Jehovah, so our chaos will begin to lessen and give us peace.
