John 14:13-14 addresses the giving of eternal water to the hopeless people of the world. Jesus gave the water of life to thirsty people walking in sin. Let me say that Christians who have received salvation through the blood of Jesus need help to articulate the Word to others in the world. The gift of salvation is free from Father God, and Christians must stay true to their belief and not fall back into their sinful nature. Unfortunately, today’s world has gone bonkers, and people are turning away from Jesus Christ’s message of salvation.
What has happened that we are non-committal to the truth of our Lord? First, we don’t pray unless there’s a crisis, and second, the electronics in our lives have taken us away from reading the Bible and sitting in a quiet place and praying with a heartfelt prayer of forgiveness and repentance. The entities of our world will not give us satisfaction but for a moment. But the water of life with Jesus Christ, meaning the commitment to follow the laws and statutes of God, will last for eternity. Look inside yourself today and find the peace and love of God and humanity.
